Ok im looking at buying a 2000 dodge dakota sport with the 4.7 in it. Now im looking at stuff to buy for it but after looking a pictures(for new gauage cluster faces) i noticed that they are different. The truck im looking to buy (a 2000) has the same guages as my dads dak (a 2001) plus the truck im looking at buying has a redline of 7000 is this because of the 4.7 in it??? and if so what other parts wont work on this truck that are made for a 97-2000 dak? Thanks for all the help!!!

this will be my 3rd one so yea im buyuing one and to re ask my question

7000!? Don't think so.
4.7L redline is 5300.
4.7L H.O. redline is 6000.
Better take another good look in the engine compt.

Dude the 2000 & the 2001 have completely different dash setups, so nothing will be interchangeable, only 97-00 parts will fit.
