 Subject: Bad pulley?

I got a 2000 dak, 4 banger, A/C, 2wd. Anyways, since i've had it the A/C squeel's whenever it is on, and its very annoying. So bad I don't even use it anymore, here in Phoenix :P So when I went for a look, I noticed the belt was seeminly off by 1/8th to 1/16th of an inch, like the pulley was misaligned. I've never done anything with this style pulley system.. I'm used to pre 1986 Vehicles, where a serp belt was unheard of.
Do I gotta go get a pulley remover to realign it or something??
