Sam: that was the problem with the 2000 dakota no grease zerks, that is whay there is a major problem with ball joints failing in these trucks.

I replaced the U joints on my truck it had seeled ones, I replaced them with ones that I can grease. I't's a pain in the ass, have to use a fitting that looks like a needle but I know they are greased.
