Went Walmart shopping for synthetic oil. I found Mobil 1, pennzoil full synthetic and Walmart full synthetic at half the price. What are the differences and who makes wha?

When you buy Mobil-1 synthetic oil, you can be sure you're getting synthetic oil.
The others may be regular oil with additives that make it meet certain criteria which allow the makers to put the word "synthetic" on the bottle (like Castrol Syntech).

The label on the Pennzoil and Walmart both said FULL SYNTHETIC, that's why I was wondering.
