 Subject: Strange noise

When I let off of the gas pedal at any speed a/c on or off I hear a fluttering type noise coming from the dashboard. Seems to be from underneath the climate control knobs. Has anyone else heard this?

I've heard a similar noise, but I only hear those noises come out from behind the climate control when I turn the knob to A/C and off A/C.

could be a loose or missing clip in there that holds the hvac cable in place, or the heater vent hose is also behind there, won't know until you pull the dash.
