Message: I just called Dodge and found out that the dakota I bought used does have keyless entry, but the people I bought it from didn't have the fob. I found a remote on ebay for a '98, '99 dakota, but it says fob # 2. Not sure what that means. Can I get that and set it to my truck? I assume its much cheaper than getting it from the dealer?
Message: I called the dealer and they said about $70 for the remote AND to program it. That's a bit high. Is it true that you can't program the remote yourself for the '98 Dak???
