i have a 96 dodge dakota and the outside window trim and sideview mirrors are fading. would painting them help make them look better and if so what type of paint.

prolly automotive paint i guess? but i hear you can get paint that is meant for plastic mirrors and stuff. but ya i would paint them or maybe buff them see if that works.

You could also try a product called Black Again works really well on the black mirrors and trim and lasts for quite a while..even through rain and such.
