Subject: key fobs IP: Logged
Message: I've searched every post I could find here about programming fobs, and every method mentioned including the ones in my manual won't work. I replaced the batteries in both of my fobs and now neither one will work. They are installed correctly and worked fine before (just had to be about 5 feet away). I might call a dealership but just wondered if anyone had any input? Thanks

Message: My fob stopped working after I tried using it while the truck was running. Perhaps I accidentally entered programming mode by doing that? Anyway none of the programming methods I found on the internet worked for me, either. It's going to cost me at least $35 to get the dealership to reprogram my truck/fob.

Message: Thanks Rick, but I found my problem. When I took the batteries out of it, I must have bent the contact on the metal cradle and it wasn't making contact. Kind of hard to notice.
