If you are going to ship an engine, check out forwardair. I had an engine shipped from CA to TX on a pallet. Cost was less than $250. As long as you are close to one of their docks it is probably the best and cheapest way to ship.

BTW. Just curious, but most ppl doing swaps USUALLY just go right for the 360. Wondered why you wanted the 318. But it depends on what you want.

yeah i ride a tricked 2001 yamaha warrior. My truck has the 3.9 and i just wanted the 5.2 because its allmost double the power and alot easier to install, because everything pretty much bolts in.

That's cool brad. Just keep in mind the 5.9 has more grunt than a 5.2 although the 5.2 is about as dependable as a V8 ever made period.
I can't say that it is any more work to swap than a 5.2 or not. but since you are going through the trouble, it may be something to consider.
So what is tricked out on your Warrior?
I have a 2003 Warrior. Has stock exhaust still, but runing 11:1 forged piston and aftermarket CDI
It has more power for the hills at the dunes than it did stock. Still gets owned by Banshees. But at least goes UP all of them hills now.
My bro in law always talks shi=*t about my Warrior now that he's had a Banshee saying to come race him at the dunes or in the sand flats. Thw ONLY two places he will go especially now that he riced it out with tons of chrome.
Then I tell him to race me up the JEEP trail from Lake PLeasant to Crown King, for example, which is not a place you want a 2-stroke that needs to be revved.
My Warrier also seems to be unharmed when going through 2 to 3 feet of water :)
