There is a Dakota running around my town with a Thunder Road emblem on the tailgate. Wasn't this only for the Ram? That got me wondering what other legitimate packages have been offered for the Dakota in the past? I know that there are some that are only area specific. Just a curiosity question.

This got me into a debate at work with another Dodge guy. As far as we know there was the RT, Stampede, Motorsports Edition, Shelby, Sport, SLT. Are we missing any?

SPORT+ & SLT +. but i would only consider the Motorsports Edition & Shelby (maybe RT) "special packages" these others just trim levels.
