 Subject: Cab/Bed Spacing.

I have a 2002 Dakota Sport and was wondering how much space there should be between the cab and the bed. I was just looking at my truck and it appeared that the gap had increased dramaticly. It could just be me, but if someone could give me their spacing number I would greatly appreciate it.

Extended cab:
18.7 +/- 3.0
Quad cab:
27.0 +/- 3.0
Be sure you're parked on a level surface when you measure.
