I just got out of a summer camp at NC state and they had a
bioprocessing program about biodeisel. It was really cool!! I want
to make my 93' 3.9L into a bio car. does any one have any
information about bioethanol? I did some research on the web and
found a little info but thats it, most sites said you need a little
engine mod. in order to run only bio ethanol? dose any one know
what kind of mods they are talking about??

Your a little confused there is Bio Diesel and Ethanol no Bio ethanol. Ethanol is made of corn and will burn in anything that runs on gasoline. Bio Diesel is made of soy beans and will run in any Diesel engine. Not your gas 3.9. Both will eat through rubber fuel lines when mixed at over 20% with gas or diesel but will keep your fuel system really clean. The E85 ethanol is pretty sweet it is 110 octane so you could really bump up your compression if you wanted. E85 is 85% ethanol 15% gas and is not widely avalible. The 10% ethanol is avalible at many gas stations and you need no mods to run it. If you went to a program on these fuels why are you so confused?
