Message: Just wondering if it is possible to remove the the A/C control panel from my '02 and put in one of thoes nifty ones that you just have to set the temp on and it adjusts the a/c automatically?

Message: Doesn't seem likely. I assume you mean the split temp controls that you see on the driver and passenger side of luxury cars. Those are integrated into the design of the climate control system and would require extensive logistics for electronic control with the PCM (Powertrain Control Module). I doubt there's an aftermarket control panel which would interface with the conventional system on a Dakota.

Message: Not splitting the driver and passenger, but just controlling the fan speed and temp like a thermostat. passenger gets to enjoy my 68 degrees when they're in my truck!
