Message: You've obviously never done this sort of thing before, so here goes:
Step 1. Get yourself a good repair manual.
Step 2. IF step 1 = 0 THEN find someone who does and borrow it and his help.
Step 3. IF step 1 = 0 AND step 2 = 0 GOTO Dodge Service department.

Message: Maybe this reply will be a little more helpful than the last one.
Drain the coolant from the radiator. Remove retaining clips from electric cooling fan and disconnect electrical connector. Remove fan. Make a drawing of the drivebelt routing arount the pulleys or make sure there is one on a placard near the hood latch and release the belt tension from the idler on the alternator bracket.
Remove belt. Remove bolts from water pump pulley and remove pulley. Remove clamps and hoses from water pump. Remove power steering pump and mount bracket from engine without disconnecting power steering hoses, place out of the way and keep upright to prevent fluid spill. Remove bolts from water pump and maintain exact location as bolt lengths may vary. Use putty knife or gasket scraper to break seal from engine, careful not to gouge mating surfaces. Swap the heater hose fitting from old pump to the new pump and use thread sealant. 4-Cyl pumps are "Reverse-Rotation" type. The old one should have an "R" stamped on the impeller. Make sure the new one matches or it will pump backwards and overheat the engine. Scrape the engine surface to remove old sealant and gasket and clean with a rag and acetone or laquer thinner. Use RTV to seal new pump (Permatex UltraBlue works good). Torque pump bolts to 22 ft/lb in 1/4 turn increments in criss-cross pattern. Put everything else back together and refill cooling system. Squeeze the radiator hoses to work out the air trapped in the system when filling the radiator. Run engine up to operating temp, check engine temp and for any leaks. Re-check coolant level after shutting down. BTW, it's a good opportunity to change the thermostat when you tear into the water pump. It's just two bolts, two hoses and a gasket.
Good luck!

Message: It's not that bad of a job, just a lot of stuff to take apart. I gave you the whole 9 yards rather than the condensed version. The 4-cyl actually looks easier than my V-6. I've done the job on my last 3 vehicles and it's hard to screw up as long as you're careful.
I don't know why the smart asses waste their time, nobody's laughing.
