Message: IIRC, they should be 2 different lengths as well, and the LONGER one goes towards the FRONT of the truck

Message: Now I am confused as all hell, I have seen pics and stuff showing the longer one towards the back. Any brake mechanics on this one?

Message: mARK Don't let these guys work on your truck! Sorry guys the longer thicker shoe goes toward the rear. Its called the secondary shoe. The front shoe (primary) initiates the brake mechanism applying most of the force to the secondary shoe. Thats why has more material. It always goes to the rear.
