I'm looking to replace my stock throttle body with a 52mm throttle body out of a dakota r/t. My question is what other modifications will I have to do in order to make this work? With increase air what whould I do to increase fuel?

minor thing I left out I have a 93 3.9L Magnum. and the 52mm is out of a 99 5.9L

I don't think that throttle body would work with your truck. If you want to get a different throttle body for your truck check out socaldakota.com. They have a high flow throttle body for your year and engine.

My truck is a 93 Dakota sport 4x4 with with the 3.9L Magnum v6. with a helix throttle body spacer, flowmaster series 40, 3" lift, 31x11.50 swampers, 15x8 black steel wheels. any more information that would help your suggestion?

if that is a TRUE 52mm TB i think is a little too big for a 3.9. a stock v8 tb is 50mm but at the torque step just before the blades in the tb it's actually 48mm.
