i took my oil cap off today and noticed a green foam condensated up there. It didnt smell like antifreeze and my oil level is always consistant so i dont think it is the head gasket. What else could it be??

If you're referring to a 4.7, this is not unusual, and is harmless for the most part. It's related to the was the PCV works in this engine (all crankcase vapors go there and cool before PCV pickup). Do a search on "PCV" and "Oil cap foam" for more.

just take a rag and wipe it out. what I did a month ago and havent seen it back yet. takes less than 2 sec to clean out. better than to let it go back in to the engine.

Kevin, 15 miles is a short trip. I doubt you're getting your truck warm enough to burn off all of the condensation in the crankcase. What you're seeing is well documented and there actually was a TSB on it whcih involved replacing the filler neck. I don't know of anyone that has had that TSB done though. In any case, it's nothing to worry about.
