 Subject: 98 Dakota 4 cyl radiator fan won't stop

Just recently the radiator fan will not turn off even after turning the ignition off. Checked coolant and it was a little low. Filled and the fan still does not stop.

check the fan relay, it is probably stuck.

Absolutely it is stuck. You can swap it with the A/C relay or any of the others that have the same Chrysler part number on the top of them. I fixed my car that way 7 years ago for free, still fine.
