Message: No. The 4.7 V8 is bolted to a 5-45RFE (or better yet the NV3500), the 5.2 and 3.9 engines use some form of the 42RE or 44RE tranny, and the 5.9 uses the 46RE. I do not know the specifics of what tranny is on what engine for anything older than the 2001 model year, but this will get you started.
