Message: Dammit man. How do you expect to get help if you don't give enough information?!
Sway bar links don't have boots, and you don't grease them because they have rubber in them, and grease kills rubber.
Probably tie rod end, but...
Be a little more descriptive of the parts that are connected by this thing with a boot that's leaking.

Message: JoeX,,, Umm DUDE! The sway bar end links have a greased joint with a silicone boot on it.
Andrew, I've never seem small boots like that seperate, you might have to get the entire end link. The boot is a real wierd one with a retaining spring on one end. I know, I popped the boots off and re-greased the sealed end link joint while replacing the ball joints on my 00 CC.
How about siliconing the tear from the inside and outside then see if it holds up, though I don't think silicone will hold worth sh1t on a silicone boot.

Message: I agree with Joe. Mine is a '01, but there are no boots on the sway bar. The sway bar has poly bushings that need to be greased.
The tie rod ends and ball joints have a boot. If it gets torn, water will get in and grease will come out. Once the boot is torn, I've never found a product that will glue them ack together. Although I have sewn them with pretty good luck, and then used silicone sealer to seal it. And NAPA sells replacement boots that might fit.
The other issue is how to get the grease back in. There are no grease fittings on mine. I guess you just have to replace the whole thing.

Message: The other end of the sway bar end link, where it attaches to the lower A-Arm, not the end that bolts to the sway bar and has poly/rubber bushings.

Message: Mine doesn't have a boot there, either. It's a captured poly bushing on the end of the bar.
Now that I think of it, I can't ever remember seeing a boot on the end of a sway bar on any car I'v ever worked on. Not that that means a whole lot, as I only buy and work on American cars.

Message: When I saw the sway bar end link's boot and greased joint while replacing my ball joints on my 00 I thought. "OH great, something else that I will have to get direct from Dodge". Maybe this design was phased out or only run for a year ar two. Haven't looked at my 03 yet, but was assuming it had the same design. Guess I have something else to look at next time it's up in the air ;-)

Apology due here.
AndrewZ - sorry, man. I was unduly harsh. I was wrong.
After further research, some sway bar links do have boots over one end that has a ball-in-socket design (miniature ball joint). My Dakota is a 4x4. The front sway bar doesn't use links, and the rear bar links are standard dogbone style.
But I crawled under a nearby Tacoma and there they were smilin' back at me - two front sway bar links with ball joint sockets, complete with boots.
I feel small now.

Message: No problem Joe X.
Thought I would post a follow up.
I decided to pick up a whole new sway bar link. Dodge wanted close to $50 for a replacement but I ended up getting the Moog link for under $20. Included all the bushings and boots along with a zert fitting. Definitely the way to go if you need a replacement and solved the creaking noise up front. Thanks for the advice.
