Message: The best way I found to do them is by using a vice attached to a table and a socket that will fit in the end of the shaft that holds the u-joint. This will allow you to push the old joints out and put the new ones in fairly easy. An extra pair of hands also hepls alot.

Message: I tried the bench vice and socket thing when I did mine. Broke the vice.
Rented a regular U-joint tool and it did the trick.
Make sure there is lots of grease in the cups to hold the bearings in place.
