 Subject: Anyone Have the 6-Spd Manual?

I bought one of the first 04 Dak QC's with a 5-spd. I learned recently that there is now a 6-speed available. Does anyone have one? Did they add an "overdrive" or merely 'shift' the gear train down so that, for example, first on the 6-spd is lower than first on the 5-spd?

I don't believe the 6 speed is actually available yet.....should be soon as will the H.O. 4.7L. Last week just for kicks I built a Dak on the Dodge site, and the 6 speed was not available.

I started thinking about it yesterday and went to the Dodge site also. The 6-speed option seemed to be available. I will check again.

The option is apparently available. Scroll down under transmission options. It was the default option.
