has anyone here tried to put 15 inch alloy wheels from a 98 dakota on an 03 dakota? I would like an extra set of wheels for winter but I wonder if a 15 inch wheel will fit over my brakes. I have an 03 dakota cc 4x4 with 16 inch wheels right now. Does anyone know if the 15's will fit?

Thanks LilRed, I thought there were 03's with 15's as well because the 16" wheels were an option with the tire and handling group. But man Theres only like a 1/4 of an inch between my caliper and the inside of the wheel. Is everyone pretty much in agreement that the brakes are the same for all gen III's? By the way I have 4 wheel disc brakes if that helps. I found a set on ebay that's why I'm a little pushed for time. Any thoughts anyone?

i don't think they will fit. i believe the '03 daks got bigger rotors than the previous yrs. you might want to check that out.

Here is sure thing ro you. 15's will NOT fit on a 03 Dak. Daddio is right, dodge added bigger disc to the rear and the front.
