i was wondering if anyone heard anything about a lift kit for the new dakota. i was thinking about buying a extended cab but the 8.1 inch ground clearence isnt enough. i cant find anything but i was wondering if anyone heard anything about one on the drawing board.

Is going to invest time and money in tooling and design on a truck that is still only a few months out of the blocks.
Dodges typically don't sell anywhere near like Fords or Chevies so it's reasonable for a company to spend the money om kits right after the arrival of the model. But I find it hard to see that the 05 Dak would be worth the multimillion $$$$$$ gamble.
