IMHO, i think the seats are way too hard and the interior looks really cheap. i had a rental '05 QC for about 9 weeks while my '00 QC was in the shop. the 4.7 w/3.55 and auto had plenty power.

The '05 has fewer intstrument panel guages and weighs 60 pounds more than the 2003. Both have excellent side crash ratings, but the '05 is improved in the front. Wait for the HO '05 if you want stock HP. Personally, I would keep the '03 and build on the power via mods.
