 Subject: Loose Exhaust Pipe?

hey, i have single in, dual out, flowmaster 40 series exhaust on my truck. Ive noticed that at idle the right (when youre looking at the back of the truck) pipe is loose and moves. does anyone know how i can fix this myself without taking it to the shop?

I have a flowmaster 30 series single in- single out and have the problem of keeping the tailpipe clamped to the muffler, I can do it up then within a day or two it has fallen out again. It's pissin me off yet I'm too lazy to do anything about it.....
