 Subject: selling truck

I am selling my truck and I was wondering what it would be worth on the market. It is a 99 club cab V6 sport with 105,000 original miles on it, However it has a brand new 3.9 engine just installed in it. Any insight to what I could get for this truck would be of help. thanks

Classic example of dodge quality the v6 engine didn't even last 105K
At least you are selling it. Buy a Toyota truck and get 300 or 400K in mileage.

Actually toyotas are nice, every girl should drive one. And the great thing is after a couple of years when the bed rots off they make really good redneck rides. The rednecks around here make wood flatbeds for them and then send their 12 years old daughters off to get smokes in them.

It's true the Toyota pickups from the 80's were quick to rot. Especially the beds. However, all the manufacturers have came along way in rust prevention (yes even toyota). Actually, although I see alot of early toyota's running around with flat beds or some home made type of bed it is actually a good sign of toyota's reliability that at least the rest of the truck (minus bed) is still on the road. I haven't seen too many 80's Daks on the road with or without their original beds LOL.

the earlier toyota's and nissan came over without beds and had the beds made in the usa using union steel and installed here.
The cab was great - the bed sucked.
So what's the suprise. Didn't you wonder why the bed rotted and not the body.
