Subject: transmission flush / fill

It's time to change the transmission fluid / filter in my '95 3.9L auto. I'm looking at using the pioneer kit from advance part # 745054.

http://www.partsamerica.com/PartDetails.asp?SourceArea=&SourcePage=SEARCHRESULTS&MfrCode=PIO&MfrPartNumber=745054&PartType=1158&PTSet=B

Has anyone used this before? The gasket in this kit does not require use of sealant.

Also what kind of pan do you guys use to drain the fluid? I was thinking of using one of those big yellow ones with a pour spout like I use for radiator flush / fills. I've never changed the transmission fluid before and i know it will be messay. I want something big enough to make the least amount of mess on the garage floor as possible.
