Message: this is cool. The in-bed trunk of the ridgeline. They put the spare tire in a trunk which is under the bed - a better way than having to lower it from under the bed. And it's big enough to stand up a bucket according to the images.

Message: I don't like the looks and would never own a honda. I didn't even let the wife buy one. I do like the idea of the under bed trunk.
And, personally, I wouldn't haul a load of gravel. Anytime my truck bed has ever been full of stuff, it was nothing that heavy or impossible to unload/load back in. Granted it would be a major pain in the a$$. But if you do haul gravel around in your truck, I hope you have a dump bed and a bed liner.
I like the idea nissan has with the titan and many older fords and chevy's had with the storage compartment in the side of the bed near the rear wheel.

Message: I wouldn't own one either because, well it's a Honda. BUT, had you guys actually read the page instead of just looking at the pictures you'd have seen the sentence: "Tires can also be bolted to an alternate storage location on the bed wall, when hauling large loads and the trunk storage is inaccessible."..

Message: Ok, so if I'm going to haul a large load I have to remove spare tire and bolt to bed sidewall. Now because I have my spare tire in the bed I've just lost valuable space for my large load. What a great idea!

Message: whats wrong with a honda is they are way over priced. people liked hondas because they was cheap lil cars that got great gas milage. now is not the case now. they are way over priced and feul economy is not near as good. all yo uare doing now is paying fhr the big H logo on your hood if you own a honda.

Message: They may be way over priced for illiterate trailer park trash but there actually are people who recognize the value of a quality vehicle over one that is designed and built cheaply.
Those people are generally called your superiors.

Message: my mom owned a honda new. had to replace the clutch about every 10,000 miles. now to me thats a car designed cheaply. all the honda dealership said was nothing we can do about it and honda will not fix the problem. so whos cheaper. I always thought germans built some of the best cars in the world. just because a company buys out another company. dosent mean its not american built. you know its funny mostly trailer trash owns a honda lol. why you think ricers buy civics and so on. becausee they can buy them cheap. so they can spend more money on mods. so if you think a dodge is built cheap I can post a pic of my sisters accident and ask you if a honda would of survied that crash
