 Subject: 3/5 drop with 275/45/20 tires

I've already posted this on the "Slammed" forum but I geuss not very many poeple look at that forum.
Just wondering if anyone could tell me if a DJM 3" control arms and 5" shackles/hangers kit would be able to work on 275/45/20 tires. Rims are 20x9.
I've heard that it will rub yadda yadda yadda, mainly needing to know what modifications would be needed to make this work.
