There is a little bit of moisture in my right headlight, and every time i replace the bulb, it blows up in a couple of days. Does anyone else have this problem?

Oh sh*t, man you better get that to the dealership right away! If you keep doing that, you may blow every fuse in the truck or worse it colud catch on fire. It happened to a buddy of mine. He did have a Chevy S-10, but still it could lead to complete destruction of the vehicle. Don't even drive it, have it towed!!

Drill a 1/16" hole in the bottom edge of the lens to let water out. That's small enough so it won't get back in, but will drain.

I had this problem with a my replacement units from "Headlightwarehouse.com", I was only able to fix one by re-sealing the lens to the houseing, the other one's reflective surface was burnt off when the bulb blew up.
If '91-'96, you don't drill any holes, your housing already has one, just make sure the hose hooked up to it is not kinked. My dakota is a '92. I can't recall is '97's & up have a hose attached to the drain hole or not.
If you buy from the above source, (which I suggest not too), make sure your re-seal the unit with silicone before installing. They did not re-imburse me for the bad one or replace it.
