I have the standard Mopar CD player in my 02. Recently I was playing a CD when it just decided to stop playing. Now it won't eject. It just jumped back to radio. Anyone ever have this issue and if so, was there any way to get the CD out?

I only wish it still was. Dumb thing just decided to spit out on its own this morning on my way to work. Who knows? Could be the player, CD or gremlins.

prob gremlins. I know I had one on my B-52 bomber when I was in the USAF. damn lil booger. lol. I would first try other cd's first and if they work fine I would say it maybe that cd.

had that happen several times with an older infinity cd player. the cd rails were plastic and would warp. the fix for mine was to remove cd player from dash and lay it on the dashboard upside down in the sun for a day. that would let the feed rails bend back the right way, for a while anyway. seemed that i would have to do this twice a year or so.

I had that happen to me in my 03 QC it was while I was on a long trip and listened to a bunch of cd's in a row...
I think it was because it was hot.. i turned it off and let it cool down and it finally spit out the disc.
