 Subject: No Intermittent Wipers

Driving home from work yesterday the fuse for my wipers blew. The replacement fuse blew right away also. Today I removed all the ice and snow from around the wipers and off of the windshield and replaced fuse again. The wipers worked on lo & hi but not on delay. Any help would be appreciated. The pick up is a 99.
