Message: I would think the Hellwig would prevent body roll more, plus it is about $135 vs $200+ for the roadmaster...

Message: Either one can reduce roll, but which one you choose should depend on how you want the truck to ride. A stiffer suspension will reduce roll and will also firm up the ride. Stiffer sway bars will reduce body roll and won't affect the ride very much...under some circumstances. Stiffer sway bars won't affect the ride that much on bumps that you hit with wheels on both sides of the truck. But on one-wheel bumps, stiffer bars will not allow just that wheel to respond to the bump, so the whole truck will move up and over the bump, not just one wheel. Also, stiffer sway bars will reduce suspension articulation...shouldn't be a big issue unless you're doing some serious rock crawling.
Another thing to remember about sway bars: just increasing the stiffness of the front will increase understeer, and just increasing the stiffnes at the rear will reduce understeer or induce oversteer. Shouldn't be a problem on a truck since most trucks understeer fairly heavily anyways, and yours is an AWD so I imagine you're not out autocrossing it. But if you're going to change out sway bars and you're concerned about getting the best handling out of your truck, don't do a huge change at one end of the truck and nothing at the other end.

Message: I had a 93 4x4 2-door Yukon that I put the hellwig rear sway on and it really helped to flatten the ride out around corners. It made a big difference. I never did any serious off road in the Yukon, but I never noticed any problems by putting it on.
I added 'helper springs' on my 01 quad cab 4x2 in an attempt to reduce body roll (they were cheap). It helped some with cornering, but the ride is now naturally stiffer...i'm going to be pulling these off and putting on the hellwig instead.
I know 1 person on this board put both the hellwig and trailmaster on...
