ok, on my dak, i have a set of turn downs comin off my muffler, just dumping under the bed. i need to go get her inspected really soon. will this pass?

im not sure. each county in PA does it a little differently (im pretty sure). I live in westmoreland, if that helps any.

I believe your are required to have the exhaust back farther than the cab. If you dump under the bed, you are fine. Mine is dumped under the bed and I passed in Allegheny County.

alright, thanks man...

i was gonna say, theres a ton of mini's runnin around slammed to the ground with no exhaust practically, and some one is passing them. we'll see wat happens i guess....

can anyone second his words?

i was told the exhaust must exit to the outside of the vehicle (not underneath).

Check out this link. It states that the exhaust must discharge outside the body including the truck bed. I do believe the key is to having a dump that discharges the exhaust below the body and behind tha passenger compartment.
