I have probably forgotton more about computers than you have ever known. Seeing as I am a Computer Technician/System Admin for the USAF now for 13 years, and have been working with computers for 20+ years.

Hello to Joel:
I had the same problem. I am running Norton
Internet Security, and when it was on, I got
the white screen. When I turned it completely
off, I got search results OK. You may have a
similar situation.
By the way, I have been working computers for
30 years now. Started with Fortran and punch
cards. While I do not have any IT certifications, I do have a degree in Aerospace
Engineering. We are actually trained to
solve problems.
