 Subject: power window/lock bezel

A few weeks ago,when it was around 0 degrees, I went to unlock the doors to let a passenger in and the power lock/window buttons fell back a bit. I had to pull the cover off and snap the button assembly back into the cover. The assembly attached to the cover by two plastic clips and one is broken. Is this a dealer only part??
Also, the plastic trim at the bottom of the drivers seat is very hacked up and I'd like to replace it. Is that a dealer only part too?

That bezel is $29 from the dealer.

I go with the junkyard, I used to go so much to one yard, that the guy would give me parts that usually wouldn't sell, or charge me a buck or two. I wish I didn't have to move, I got some good deals at that place.. well anyway, I'd check that first, much cheaper there...
