That offered up information on my previous thread about where I could get limited slip installed in the Metro Detroit area.

I opted for The Ring & Pinion Shop on groesbeck avenue and I couldn't be more happy with my choice. Installed in under 2 hours, very professional, no corp jargon, just a good ole fashioned grease monkey shop. Parts ready on hand, including gears if I wanted them, no waiting, no appointments, just walked in and was out the door 90 minutes later. Tax, labor, parts, oil, and rotation $450.

Just in time for the big snow storm here, and I'm really owning the roads now. Thank you guys for being a great help, you saved my butt. If the detroit dak's ever meet, you guys get a round on me!

I'm glad your happy with your work. I've been dealing with these guys since the70's when I worked at a Jeep dealer. I blew up a set of diff gears in my younger days doing a reverse slam and asked them if they had any. They gave me a set of take-outs wrapped in a rag for no charge and said "don't do stupid crap like that anymore.
