I hate the way the seats work in my dakota. I have the 40/20/40 split bench. When u pull the small black lever/latch from the back of the seat, the back goes forward but the whole seat doesn't move forward. Its annoying, but thats really my only complaint.

deaver, my 02's drivers seat does that also BUT
when I pull same lever on passenger seat, the
seat moves forward.
I *think* that's the way it's suppose to work.

CORRECT!!! Only the passenger side seat tilts AND slides forward when pulling the release.
