Subject: Q- 1995 318 trans cooling fittings @rad IP: Logged
Message: I am replacing the "Holy Radiator" in my 1995 318 Dakota. I have never seen the type of connector they use to connect the transmission cooling line to the radiator. How do I get these off without doing any damage to them?
Thanks...

Message: Pick up the new radiator. I bet it has regular nipples that you use hose clamps with. You may have to cut any special connector off anyway. I wish I could remember if there was special connectors on my truck, but I replaced the radiator a few years ago and can't recall.
I bought my replacement radiator from Autozone. It carries a lifetime warrenty and has hose clamps holding the trans cooler lines on.
