 Subject: Weird Gauge Problem

Here's a weird problem. The gauge cluster is reading all messed up. The little illuminated box for the gear selecter is showing up only in D, the seatbelt light is flashing, the windshield washer fluid light is on, the trip meter doesn't work and when I try to check the codes all the display says is CHEC. The tach and speedo work fine.
It's an 01SLTV6 with automatic.
Anyone else experience this?

Sounds like ur intsrument cluster computer is bad.... Not a very cheap thing to replace... Hope this helps somewhat, and sorry to hear about that. thats seriously gotta suck
