Presently using Mobile 1 15-30 and a Mobile 1
M1-204 oil filter. I am thinking about switching to a WIX oil filter but want to be 100% sure what WIX filter number to get for my 4.7 '01 Dodge Dakota QC. Thanks in advance for the info! Bill in NY

51085 or the larger 51515 are what you need. Drop the 5 at the beginning and you also have the numbers for Napa Gold which are made by Wix.
