Painless makes it. I only saw it for bowties but I am sure they make it for the dodge.

A customer of mine bought one for a 1997 RAM 1500 off the internet, but can't remember what vendor. He had us install it, but about 3 mos later he had us remove it. He said he had to replace bulbs too often with it on.
