Hey guys, I am buying a 02-03 Dak and was wondering what the warranty was for these years. I am looking at a 03 and I think they had a 7year/70K warranty, is this right? What about the 02's, if memory serves me right one of the recent years had a 7year/100K warranty.

I think I read a post that said the 7/70 warranty could be transferred for around $100, but the 7/100 warranty was non-transferrable.

Any insight or experiences with transferring the warranty would be greatly appreciated ;-)

Get the VIN of the vehicle in question and contact DC at 1-800-992-1997 and ask them. Info from the dealers often relies too much on guesswork. DC will be able to compare it to the original purchase date. The drive train warranty varies based on in-service date of the vehicle...it did not go exactly by Model Year of the vehicle.
