I just wanted to pass on how cool these guys are. I ordered all 4 ball joints from them last month (they were at my front door 4 days after placing the order). I was hunting around for the reciept today so I could have all of my info ready when I get "the postcard" from DC. After looking for about 45 minutes, I shot them an e-mail explaining that I couldn't find my reciept. I got an e-mail back from them this afternoon saying a copy of the reciept is on the way and a reminder that the recall is for the uppers only, but go ahead and submit my claim for all 4. They were about $2 per joint more than rockauto.com, but the customer service has more than made that up.
