 Subject: Belt Tensioner '91 318

I have a '91 Dakota with a 318 in it. I am in search of a belt tensioner...I cannot find one aftermarket and cannot get one from the dealership because it has been cancelled...'91 has a different part # than '92 and yes it is a serpentine belt. I'm hoping that someone else has run into this problem in the past and has some ideas. Any help is greatly appreciated.
