No offense, but the hood scoop idea is a no go bro. Don't do it, functional or not, it doesn't belong there.
As far as mods, the one I absolutely hate the most is the SPOILER mod on the beds of trucks. I think it's the most idiotic mod in the whole world. It's just as stupid as those Rice Burners with huge spoilers that aren't even functional, and even if they were, they can't go fast enough to even take advantage....
Spoiler on trucks == horrible horrible Mod
Why ruin a perfectly good truck? Beats the hell out of me!

My origonal goal of this post mind you. Is to make poeple aware of how ugly some mods can be. Now if you like these ugly ass mods then this is now the thread for you. In fact if you like to have ugly wings hanging off your bed cover then you should probably just leave right now. Unless you like getting offended. Some people just can't handle constructive criticism. As for racing stripes no one seems to agree that they make our truck look gay. As for the sniper kit that turns your dodge into a pontiac thats a wast of your money. And whats wrong with the checkmate tonneau cover. I like inexpensive stuff as lone as its quality cheap stuff. Black 2001 Quad Cab Sport plus should be getting a recall her in a few. It looks just like the one that lives here in austin off burnet road. It's white has a sniper kit and blue stripes. I could have sworn it was the same one. Do you live in Austin. Look no ones trying to bash any of yalls trucks its just that sometimes its nice to see someone think of somthing different to do and not use the same idea that BLow joe uses. I don't mean to bash your truck or anyones. But In my opinion I think more credit is deserved by somone who has the patience to sit and build their own body kit than the person who sits on hold waiting to order a body kit that everyone has. I mean all you have to do is spend the money and bolt the sucker on there. Oh yeah you have to go and have it painted. Plus its cheaper to build your own. Hey I've done it so an old nissan 240 and I have a friend who builds body kits for money. Maybe you don't have the time to build one but hey this is just how I feel. Theres nothing wrong with your truck. But is does kind of look like a pontiac.
