Subject: Computer Problem??? IP: Logged
Message: When I go to start the truck it wont stay running unless I keep my foot on the gas, when driving sitting at a stop light the volt meter on the dash drops way below 14 regardless if the heat and radio are on. Once you give it gas it's right above 14. I took the alternator out and took it to a alternator/starter electrical rebuilder and he put it on the bench and replaced the brushes, on the bench it was reading 14.8 volts. Put it back in the truck and the same thing. Any ideas?
