Subject: Important Car ? IP: Logged
Message: I know this isn't dodge related but it is kind of urgent. I was trying to be a nice guy and change my girlfriends oil in her Hyandai Sonata, I accidentally drained out the transmission fluid, but realized the mistake and refilled it. However, now her car isn't shifting properly and I am concerned that I really f'ed it up. Could someone please tell me if there could be a serious problem or if I just didn't add enough tranny fluid. There was no manual so I didn't know exactly how much it took. It ran fine for a day or two but then started acting up. Can anyone give me any tips or advice. I would appreciate it.

Message: you need to make sure you put in the correct fluid also. it could take DEX III or who knows what! call a dealer and ask their service dept what fluid you need or spend 20 bucks for a Haynes manual.
