 Subject: headlight adjustment

I need to adjust the headlights on my '95 CC 4x4. I have cables that connect from the adjustment screwes to the top of the frame (where the hood rests). The screws are torx. There is one for Horizontal and one for verticle. I can't seem to adjust them enough to put the beams where they need to be. Driving at night sucks, i can't see much of the road - my fog lights light up the road better than head lights. I'm guessing the only thing to do now is the remove the cables and reattach them? Any other tricks anyone can think of?

Have you tried the better quality bulbs ?

Stock and general purpose suck on 95's..
